I wanted let you know what a wonderful travel advisor you have in Susan Robinson! My husband and I just returned from our honeymoon trip to England, all thanks to the help and thoughtful planning of Susan. Susan helped us every step of the way, every thing we wanted/every idea we tossed at her she had options galore! When it came to the actual trip everything went perfectly from flights, to shuttle to and from the airport, our hotel, pre-payments, and guided tours- all thanks to Susan’s attention to detail. I feel that Susan made every effort to ensure we experienced the best of the best with our budget and desires in mind. Susan was also extremely helpful leading up to and during the trip. This was our first time visiting England and she answered all of our questions ranging from how to go through customs to what type of amenities to expect in an English hotel.

Susan recently helped me plan my first ever overseas vacation. I came to her with a long list of places I wanted to visit and a small dollar amount I wanted to avoid going over. She did all of the appropriate research on my behalf, presented a number of options that best met my desired stops and price point, and answered every little question I asked along the way (there were MANY) with great amounts of interest and patience!
Additionally, she even spoke to friends and relatives who had taken similar trips to provide me with insight and recommendations I could not have gotten otherwise. Then – everything came to a screeching halt after I lost my job and wasn’t sure I could still go. Yet she continued to help me without pause. She had recommended travel insurance, so I had purchased that and was thankful to know I could cancel the trip if I needed to. Fortunately, I found employment in time to still justify going on the vacation (JUST in time!) and she was as excited for me as I was for myself.

I will absolutely turn to DWB Vacations for my next trip, will most definitely request the honor of working with Susan again, and will recommend DWB to friends, family, and coworkers!
