I’m Crystal, founder of DWB Vacations. I began my journey in travel because I wanted my children to experience special vacations with our family, especially the Disney trips that brought us so much joy. What started as a personal mission to create those moments became something much bigger than I ever expected. Over time, it grew into a full-time business built on passion, purpose, and a true love for helping others plan unforgettable vacations.

Today, I am passionate about helping families create the kind of meaningful experiences they will treasure for years to come. I also love creating opportunities for other moms and dads to work from home while still being present for their children, because I understand how important that balance can be.

Cruising is my favorite way to travel, Jamaica holds a special place in my heart, and Disney World and Universal Orlando will always be among my favorite destinations. As a wife, mom, and travel advisor, I know just how valuable time together can be. That is why I love helping clients plan cruises, theme park vacations, Caribbean escapes, and memorable getaways for couples and families alike. To me, travel is about more than the destination. It is about connection, joy, and the moments that stay with you long after you return home.

My favorite movie is Aladdin and my favorite princess is Jasmine but my favorite Disney character is the Genie. (Do you see a theme?)
I have sailed on 21 different cruise ships for more than 32 sailings in the last 14 years.
I collect purses, handbags, totes, and luggage (anything that is a “bag”) and my favorite is a Spartina tote that features the islands of the Caribbean islands.
My favorite drink is a NC native, Cheerwine
Loves cruising but is deathly afraid of water.

She arranged for us to fly in to Anchorage and then travel by train to Seward. The train ride, with a meal, was a great experience allowing us the opportunity to view the beautiful scenery in a comfortable setting. While in Seward, we went on a Wildlife Cruise and were entertained by all different types of wildlife. The next day we boarded the Celebrity Summit and set out for our 7 night Alaska Southbound Glacier cruise. We cruised to Hubbard Glacier and then enjoyed days at port in Juneau, Skagway, Icy Strait Point, and Ketchikan. We appreciate all the planning and attention to details that Dawn did for us! Just returned from a 10 day adventure to Ireland planned by Donna Geist with DWB Vacations LLC.  Our group of 8 including 5 teens/young adults had a fantastic time. Donna made all the arrangements including 6 days with a local guide and it was truly unforgettable! We got to stay in a castle and experienced kissing the Blarney Stone, seeing the the Cliffs of Moher, touring the scenic Ring of Kerry, and exploring Dublin, Galway, Clifden, Dingle, Cork, Tralee, and Killarney. She helped me with every single detail - from choosing our destination, to picking the best resort for our needs, to planning excursions and more! She was much more than a travel agent- she was like a personal assistant! Super responsive and so so helpful! I thought agents just book the trip- she went above and beyond for us! Donna Geist is an excellent Travel Agent! She has booked several trips for me, including a vacation with college friends at a very nice all-inclusive resort, as well as a great cruise with my husband. She pays attention to every detail and thinks ahead for those little things that you might need! We stayed at the Polynesian Resort for 7 days.  The whole trip was planned for us including meal reservations and hints to make visiting the parks easier. This is our second time using Quinn as our Disney expert.  She is so well informed, I try to follow her advise as closely as I can and have recommended her to several friends.
