By requesting, booking, or purchasing travel services through DWB Vacations (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Traveler”) acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

Travel Agency Services

We provide travel planning, advisory, and booking services. Many components of your trip are provided by independent third-party suppliers, which may include airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, theme parks, rental car companies, transportation providers, and other travel-related businesses (“Travel Suppliers”).

Travel Suppliers are responsible for providing and operating their respective products and services.

 

Pricing and Availability

Travel prices, promotions, accommodations, airfare, tickets, and other services are subject to availability and may change without notice until a reservation is confirmed and any required payment has been received.

Quotes are based on the information and availability existing at the time the quote is provided and do not guarantee future pricing or availability.

 

Traveler Information

Travelers are responsible for providing accurate names, dates of birth, contact information, and other information required for reservations.

Names provided for airline tickets, cruises, and other reservations should match the traveler’s required identification or travel documents.

Travelers should carefully review confirmations and itineraries upon receipt and promptly notify us of any errors or discrepancies.

 

Deposits and Payments

Deposits, final payment deadlines, accepted payment methods, and other payment requirements vary depending on the Travel Supplier and reservation.

Travelers are responsible for making required payments by the applicable deadlines. Failure to make payment when required may result in cancellation of a reservation by the Travel Supplier.

Additional agency planning, consultation, booking, change, or cancellation fees may apply when disclosed to the Traveler.

 

Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellation and change policies vary by Travel Supplier and reservation type. Some reservations, deposits, fares, tickets, or fees may be nonrefundable or subject to penalties.

Any refund, future travel credit, or cancellation penalty associated with a supplier reservation is generally subject to the applicable Travel Supplier’s policies.

Travelers should review the cancellation and change terms associated with their specific reservations before making payment.

 

Travel Supplier Terms

Travelers may be subject to additional terms, conditions, rules, restrictions, and policies established by individual Travel Suppliers.

By confirming a reservation, the Traveler acknowledges that applicable supplier terms may govern portions of the trip.

 

Passports, Visas, and Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for determining and obtaining all documentation required for their trip, including passports, visas, government-issued identification, health documentation, parental or minor-travel documentation, and any other required entry or travel documents.

Requirements may vary based on destination, citizenship, itinerary, and individual circumstances.

 

Health and Entry Requirements

Travelers are responsible for reviewing current health, vaccination, entry, exit, and destination requirements applicable to their trip.

Requirements can change, sometimes with little notice. Travelers should verify applicable requirements with appropriate government authorities and Travel Suppliers before departure.

 

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance may provide protection for certain unexpected events, depending on the policy purchased. Coverage, exclusions, eligibility requirements, and benefits vary by policy.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing any offered insurance policy and deciding whether the coverage is appropriate for their circumstances.

 

Schedule Changes and Travel Disruptions

Travel can be affected by circumstances including weather, mechanical issues, schedule changes, cancellations, strikes, natural disasters, government actions, closures, and other events.

We will provide reasonable assistance when possible; however, changes or disruptions caused by Travel Suppliers or circumstances outside our control may be subject to the policies of the applicable supplier.

 

Special Requests and Accessibility

Please notify us of accessibility needs, dietary requirements, mobility considerations, or other special requests as early as possible.

We can communicate requests to applicable Travel Suppliers, but fulfillment of a special request may depend on the supplier and cannot always be guaranteed.

 

Limitation Regarding Third-Party Suppliers

DWB Vacations acts as an intermediary in arranging travel services provided by independent Travel Suppliers. We do not own, operate, manage, or control those suppliers.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for acts, omissions, errors, delays, cancellations, service changes, or other matters within the control of independent Travel Suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or limited.

 

Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information. However, travel information, pricing, schedules, policies, amenities, and availability can change. Information provided by third-party suppliers is subject to change and should be confirmed as part of the booking process.

 

Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with inquiries and reservations is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The version posted on our website with the current effective date will apply as permitted by applicable law.
